If you have been following our social channels, you know we are proud that our Impact Protocol BetaNet launch chain is up!
Our chain is the world’s first PoW+PoS hybrid blockchain native to Polkadot and Ethereum ecosystems. Impact Protocol’s high-performance blockchain combines the best features of proof-of-work (PoW) and proof-of-stake (PoS) to ensure optimal efficiency, security, and scalability. Our project aims to solve the problems in the current blockchain infrastructure, such as scalability, interoperability, and sustainability. As a result, developers can build decentralized applications and smart contracts and work on other use cases.
And with our BetaMainNet chain launch coming up in less than 90 days, on July 22nd in Manilla, we plan to continue coding and building. We are setting bounties to build all your favourite Dapps, apps, and DeFi tools on the new chain!
The incentivized beta net test phase for Impact Protocol will launch on May 1st and run multiple stages. These tests aim to enhance the development and testing of the blockchain network. During the BetaNet program, participants must run a BetaNet node as a miner or validator for a set number of days. There will be upgrades to the network based on the participants’ feedback, and users will need to keep up with updates.
To participate in the incentivized BetaNet program, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must understand blockchain technology and be able to contribute to the testing and development of our network.
- In addition, you must be willing to actively participate in the BetaNet program and contribute to the growth and stability of the network.
- You must follow the guidelines provided by our development team and report any issues or bugs you encounter during the testing process.

- Be sure to provide sufficient details in the template. An example is visible there.
- As a disclaimer, please be aware that no bounty is guaranteed. The Impact Protocol team will distribute rewards in an easily justified manner, and the team has the right to decline a submittal.
- We will discuss the height of bounties for developing applications with you or your project group on a case-by-case basis.
- More specific announcements will share details on the incentive for running nodes through our communication mediums.
